About Me

My photo
Well, where do I start? I could start at many stages in my life; all very exciting and adventurous in some sort of way. Probably best to start when I met my husband 10 years ago, as this was the turning point in my very emotional and dramatic life. Met Ben through work, we had a wonderful life together, very ambitious, career driven until we decided to started a family 4 years later. The fertility Journey did take 2 years to conceive but we got there eventually and conceived little Thomas, now for someone like me who has no patience what so ever this was a agonizing and stressful wait but well worth it. We moved from our home town Bournemouth to Ipswich with Ben's work, I gave up my careern and then married in Cumbria in 2009. We continued to have 2 more children very easily compared to Thomas, Jesiica and Baby Wilson.

chronic epididymitis

I had chronic epididymitis for over a year, and have finally almost cured it by water fasting, and taking Dr. Mercola saw palmetto. Its not 100% but most of the pain is gone and it doesnt bother me anymore. Im going to do another water fasting but longer this time, and hopefully that will make it even better.

What to do if you have chronic epididymitis:

1. You need to change your diet to alkaline foods like barely, wheat; cottage cheese, fruits and veggies are good (Preferably Organic). Slow down on acidic fruits, but remember there is no need to eliminate them from the diet.

2. Then you need to lower your meat and sweets consumption they make issues for malnourishment in the body. Meat requires a lot of acid to break it down, which will aggravate the sensitive nerve. Sugar will distract cells and they will not take in the nutrition to heal your nerves and organs right.

3. You may not be sure but you are most likely deficient in natural vitamin E complex (all 8 forms) like I was. Buy a supplement that contains all eight forms naturally (Preferably non GMO and pesticide free). 400IU or less per day but around this amount should work. No need to get any higher dosage. Stay away from synthetic vitamin E; it blocks a cells use of natural vitamin E. Natural vitamin E is stronger and is labeled with d-“”, whereas synthetic is labeled with dl-“”. The quotation marks are where the type of vitamin E goes.

I have had chronic epididymitis for 3 years now, since my freshmen year in college. And it has been a pain walking to classes and even sitting down in a chair. I even wore constrictive underwear, which helps but is not enough. I read somewhere that if you have not had an STD epididymitis can occur from having a surgery or operation through the groin or having a bacterial infection. For me I knew I had an operation through the groin in the past for Super Tachycardia, which is an abnormal heartbeat. So that was probably the case for me. In helping me with my epididymitis the doctors were like cavemen. No pain medication or antibodies got rid of the situation! The only advice that was helpful from the doctor was wearing constrictive underwear. And the idea of becoming sterile on that testicle was beginning to rear its ugly head.

After realizing that my doctor couldn’t help me, I decided to turn to my diet. I tried different foods to see what would help. Junk food made the matter worse and so did too much meat so I slowed down on those. Finally I tried a grain that I have never eaten before, weird enough because for some reason it has been eliminated from the average American diet. That grain was barely. I noticed that barely had the greatest affect on my epididymitis but after about 5-6 hours the situation would reoccur in weaker forms. I looked into it and found that barely is a grain that contains about all 8 forms of vitamin E. After noticing this info on barely, I began to look into the health benefits of using the complex forms of vitamin E. The benefits can be looked into on your free time but be careful some are trying to down vitamin E.

After doing the above 3 steps, my symptoms cleared up and I was better in 2 days, which is crazy compared to 3 years. Get a supplement that is about 400IU with all 8 forms non-GMO and no pesticides if possible, it is worth it. Keep in mind I let a professional diagnose me with the situation first and looked into it. I can now wear regular underwear like boxer briefs, which are still a bit constrictive. Pain on scale from 1-10, which was 10, is now 0 almost all the time. And there is decreased inflammation. Also showers maybe took my pain to a 7 or 8 and there was still inflammation. Good luck guys.
